There is a booking retainer fee for all appointments, late cancelations, and no-show cancelations. Cancelations must be completed 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment. If a specialty (Squeeze-In) appointment is booked for outside of business hours, the appointment must be canceled 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled appointment time. Please Do NOT bring extra people to your service appointment. All booking retainer fees are forfeited, nonrefundable, and non-transferable if the appointment is not canceled according to the cancelation policy. All appropriately canceled appointment's booking retainer is eligible to be applied to the rescheduled appointment. All rescheduled appointments must be made within a 30-day time frame. There is a 30% cancelation retainer fee charged for no-shows and late cancelations. The retainer fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable. All cancelations must be made ONLINE ONLY through our booking website. Phone calls, voicemails, social media, or any other efforts other than the described cancelation policy protocol are strictly prohibited. All no-shows will be banned from rescheduling unless 100% prepayment is received for services. (Contact directly to resolve banning status.) All children 12 yrs old and under, & special needs individuals must be accompanied by an adult or professional care provider the entire duration of the service, or the appointment will be canceled by the service provider. The Beauty Agenda, Verdant Resources Management LLC, Andrea Green, and its counterparts are not responsible, or liable for unattended minors, or special needs clients. All others must govern themselves according to the rules and regulations of this establishment. THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR: GOSSIP, FIGHTING, RACISM, and DISRESPECT. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment and discontinue any service at any time if the policy is broken. All violators will be asked to leave the premises.
